awareness of the employees. Fist survey was done to expose the current status of
the employee engagement, Output of current survey reports used to come up with new the decision to improve the engagement in within the organization. This will
become the main process tool to
increase the engagement each year by changing the decision according to the out
of this survey result.

also can implement learning and training programs to support organization
